Regably provides registration software to the organizations that run events (organizers). The event itself, including its program, venue, pricing, and policies, is the organizer's responsibility. When you register, you are registering for the organizer's event using our platform.

The organizer's own terms for the event, where they provide them, apply in addition to these terms.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by each event organizer, not by Regably. The policy that applies to your registration, including any deadlines, fees, or substitution rules, is shown during registration and in your confirmation materials.

To cancel or change a registration, contact the event organizer. If you are not sure how to reach them, contact us and we will help you find the right contact.

If an organizer cancels an event, refunds are handled under the organizer's policy for that event.

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading registration information
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Use the platform in violation of applicable law

We may suspend access for use that violates these terms.

The platform, including its software, design, and content we provide, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

Content you submit through the platform, such as speaker materials, remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to store and display it as part of providing the service, and any further use of event content is between you and the event organizer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regably and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your participation in an event.

The conduct of the event itself, including venue conditions, program changes, and on-site arrangements, is the responsibility of the event organizer.
